Monday, October 28

Get yourself and your favorite car to the Lane Motor Museum in Nashville, Tennessee. We’ll get the basics of registration completed and you’ll be able to get to know the rest of the group, along with getting your route books and gear. The Lane Museum is going to have special cars out and about for us to experience, along with special access to the museum and a tour of the collection of hundreds of cars you’ve never seen before. You’ll love it. We have a hosted hotel that evening in Nashville with a fun musical theme!

Tuesday, October 29

First driving day! Leaving Nashville, TN on our favorite scenic roads, we head towards Chattanooga, TN. We’ll be met by our friends at Coker Tire, who are putting on a very special experience for us. Leaving Chattanooga, we’ll continue on fun roads through little towns and places of amazing scenic beauty. The first night we’ll spend at a beautiful resort in Young Harris, GA with a hosted dinner, a great bar, and a cool presentation by an automotive historian.

Wednesday, October 30

Second driving day- leaving Young Harris, fans of such bands as the B-52s and REM will be happy to take the back roads to another cool town- Athens! Over lunch, we’ll see some incredible automotive collections, and then migrate on to Augusta, GA for our second hosted overnight. You guessed it, a great hotel, a fun scene, and more camaraderie with the group.

Thursday, October 31

Augusta to Hilton Head! More fun roads, and we should arrive in Hilton Head after lunch, giving everyone a little time to get settled at the hosted hotel, where you’ll stay through Sunday night. Style points are given to any participants wearing costumes on this driving day. Okay, who are we kidding – everyone wears costumes. Why not?

Thursday Evening: we are special guests of the Hilton Head Motoring Film Festival. This includes VIP access to the event and participation in a special display area for the festival. There’s food, drinks, and amazing automotive content.

Friday, November 1

Many fun options during the day, but the big event is your inclusion in the VIP Hangar Party, with our cars on special display on the taxiway of the airport venue- an opportunity just for us. This is an all-inclusive event and one of the most fun things happening on the island during the Concours weekend.

Saturday, November 2

We are hosted all day as part of the display on the golf course with hundreds of other fantastic cars. We are part of the judging, so you may even bring home a trophy!

Sunday, November 3

VIP access to the main event, the Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance. You’ll see some of the finest cars on the show circuit and have the opportunity to meet many of your automotive heroes. We’ll gather on the show field for a final send-off in the afternoon and hope you’ll join us again as we plan more adventures in 2025 and beyond.
