Here’s the general rundown of what there is in store for you and your co-driver!

Monday, October 28th

We are kicking off at the Lane Motor Museum in Nashville with a one-of-a-kind tour and access to what has been voted one of the best car museums in the world. With hundreds of rare and unusual cars to see, we know there is something for everybody. The Lane Museum will have special cars out and about for us to experience, including a special display area to show off your car to the public. We have a hosted hotel that evening in Nashville with a fun musical theme, and our welcome party will not be one to miss!

Tuesday, October 29th

First driving day! Leaving Nashville on our favorite scenic roads, we head towards Chattanooga! We’ll be met by our friends at Coker Tire Company, who are putting on a very special lunch experience for us at Honest Charley Garage and the Coker Museum. Afterwards, we’ll continue on more fun roads through little towns and places of amazing scenic beauty to a secret spot in the mountains of Georgia where we’ll spend the night. There will be a hosted dinner, a great bar, and a special guest speaker to enjoy while you tell tales of road trips past.

Wednesday, October 30th:

On our second driving day, we’ll be leaving the mountains of Georgia and headed to the home of such bands as the B-52s and REM- you guessed it, Athens, GA! Over another hosted lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to see an incredible private automotive collection and spend time with your fellow touring friends. From Athens, we migrate on to Augusta, GA for our second overnight stay. We have a great historic hotel, a fun scene, special parking, and more camaraderie with the group.

Thursday, October 31st

Wake up- we are on the road from Augusta to Hilton Head! More fun roads, some of them even hand-picked by our friends at the Lowcountry Oyster & Motorcar Driving Society! Our convoy should arrive in Hilton Head just after lunch, giving everyone a little time to get settled at your hotel on the golf course, where we will stay through Sunday night. Style points are given to any participants wearing costumes on this driving day.
Okay, who are we kidding – everyone wears costumes!

Once at Hilton Head, Tour participants are being treated to an incredible package of events, included in the tour cost. While there are certainly opportunities to just relax and soak in the scene, these are the opportunities that await.

Thursday evening, we are special guests of the Grand Motoring Film Festival, held at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. You’ll have VIP access to the event and participation in a special display area for the festival. There will be food, drinks, and amazing automotive content. This is a can’t miss event.

Friday, November 1st

Get ready, you’ve got a busy day ahead of you.

During the day, our group will be participating in the official concours tour, which includes both breakfast and lunch. You’ll explore scenic back roads and sites of interest, along with other cars from the concours and local car scene.

That night, get ready for the Flights and Fancy hangar party at the Hilton Head Island Airport. Great food, incredible entertainment, and our tour cars will on special display on the taxiway of the airport venue- an opportunity just for us! This is the big VIP event of the Concours weekend, and you’re right in the center of it all.

Saturday, November 2nd

Another full day of car fun and friendship is in store for you at the Aero Expo and Car Club Showcase! We are being hosted all day as part of a special display on the primary fairway of the golf course with hundreds of other incredible cars. We are part of the judging, so you may even bring home a trophy!

Sunday, November 3rd

The grand finale, our tour price includes VIP access to the 2024 Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance. You’ll see some of the finest cars gathered anywhere in the world, as well as have access to great seminars and one of a kind meet and greets with some of your automotive heroes. We’ll gather on the show field for a final send-off in the afternoon, and talk about our plans for 2025 and beyond.
